Hollywood Screenwriters have given us so much over the years. Their contribution needs to be recognized by the studios. This blog is both a tribute and a call to action on behalf of the writers. Some compromise must be possible that takes all partners in creative work into account.

Activist Attraction

Hi Everyone,
This is my little effort to support the Writers Guild in its fight for more equitable treatment in this age of portable and time shifted media.

I don't think there are any of us who write and create out of the spiritual need, who don't sympathize with these talented men and women who wake up every morning and labor to create the programming we love.

Here is my contribution, a program I have created at MyStuDIYo.com to be a clearinghouse for our thoughts and feelings to bring this Strike to a speedy and satisfactory end.

I grew up in Southern California where I developed an early apreciation for the land and human life as part of the ecosphere. I was active in vocational agriculture in High School, mentored by Dr. Colin Wainwright. I recieved degrees from California Polytechnic University, while recieving training in Homeopothy, Tai Chi and Wine production. After college, I emigrated to Israel where I make my home. The Judean Hills situated 700- 960 meters above sea level was left to fallow since biblical times, when it was a major center for growing medicinal plants.
